Born in Jemappes, Belgium, on May 8, 1979, Fabrice Brion graduated from mechanical engineering University and from the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons in Master in Innovation Management.
Fabrice began his professional career at Emerson Process Management – CSI for 4 years as an industrial reliability engineer. In 2004, he decided to take a decisive turn in his life by launching his own company in predictive maintenance and reliability solutions. This is how I-care was born.
In 2013, after more than 5 years of research and development, I-care launches its Wi-care™ product line based on Mr. Brion request and technical requirements, state-of-the-art vibration sensors equipped with wireless transmitters, supported by I-see™, the online data processing portal also developed in-house. Since their launch, Wi-care™ and I-see™ have continued to improve and are now among the best solutions in the market for 4.0 maintenance.
Mr. Brion is still the main shareholder of I-Care and is the CEO and Chairman of the board for almost 20 years. He is involved in the day to day job of I-Care by taking care of all the strategic tasks and by communicating about the values of I-Care.
