Reliability improvements and their high-level achievements lead us to fantastic results in several areas, such as high profitability, improved safety, and reduction of negative impact on the environment. On top of that, the journey itself is a very exciting one.
Still, we know for a fact that a significant portion of the Reliability improvement programs face numerous obstacles, stall, or are even being cancelled.
In this workshop, we explore the roadmap, necessary skills and tools, solutions for usual obstacles, and the mindset needed for sustainable success.
