This 60-minute workshop provides a structured walkthrough of Maptech’s drone-based inspection and asset mapping process, from field data capture to office analysis and actionable results. Attendees will step through each stage of the workflow: planning and flying drone missions to photograph electrical poles, uploading and reviewing the imagery in the Gözlem web platform, and finally generating inspection reports and maintenance work orders from the findings. Using real-world example datasets and pre-captured screenshots (instead of a live demo), the workshop illustrates how raw aerial images are transformed into interactive asset maps and inspection reports for utility teams.
Example view of the Gözlem platform with mapped assets and flagged issues. Beyond electrical poles, the workshop will show how the same drone mapping approach can apply to other utility assets (for example, gas pipeline inspections).
