Mladen Stoianov is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) with over 30 years of experience in engineering, operations, maintenance, and reliability. He began his career in 1994 as an Aviation Engineer specializing in aircraft engines and structural construction, with a strong focus on reliability.
Since then, Mladen has dedicated his career to ADM’s Corn Wet Milling plant in Razgrad, Bulgaria, serving in various roles including shift foreman, process engineer, department head, and plant manager of a sister facility in Romania. From 2005 to 2019, he served as Project and Maintenance Manager at the Razgrad plant, where he successfully led a major capacity expansion while driving significant improvements in plant reliability.
Since 2019, Mladen has held the position of Regional Reliability & Maintenance Manager for EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India), supporting plants across diverse regions—from Western and Eastern Europe to North Africa, Turkey, and India. Throughout his career, he has maintained a deep passion for reliability, grounded in the belief that well-designed, well-installed, well-operated, and well-maintained equipment can run reliably forever—a belief he has proven through real-world results.
